World Cancer Day, celebrated on 4 February, is an opportunity for people all over the world to unite to effect global change.

This year's theme, #IAmAndIWill, acknowledges that we all have the power to do something that will bring a cancer free future closer. We are all the hero of our own story.

Whether you're a researcher, a policymaker, a parent or a student-there are so many ways that you can make an impact.

So who are you, and what will you do today for cancer prevention, support or research?
