Getting back to a healthy lifestyle after cancer is one of the most important things you can do for your health.
What does the Healthy Living after Cancer program offer?
Our experienced cancer nurses provide free health coaching over the phone. You’ll receive up to 12 calls over a period of 6 months.
We will work with you to make healthy lifestyle changes by setting goals for physical activity and health eating. We will help you achieve these goals by providing support, tips and motivation.
What can I expect from doing this program?
“It has been so uplifting to reach my goals! I’ve taken these things into my control and know that my whole family is benefitting also from a balanced and nutritious diet, as well as a lowered grocery bill.” — Helen, Healthy Living after Cancer participant
“It’s amazing to see the difference in many participants who report feeling physically re-energised and better able to deal with the emotional effects of their illness.” — Polly, Cancer Council SA nurse
